Six columns run down sixty pages of log: date, circuit, insulation, continuity, trip time, result. A result of pass or fail without the reading beside it tells nobody how close the circuit actually came to the line.
Twenty-nine lined pages follow, for what a six-column row cannot carry: which circuit kept tripping under load, what changed between one test and the next, a note to check a particular joint again next time round.
No minimum insulation reading and no acceptable trip time is printed anywhere in this log. Those figures sit in the wiring regulation you test against, and that regulation gets revised on its own schedule, one a bound book cannot follow. Write down the number your tester actually showed, and judge it against the rule current on the day you tested.
