Warranty

If the stitching fails, that is on us.

The details

What is covered, and what is not

We sew every book by hand, so if the stitching is the problem, that is our mistake and we put it right at no charge.

What is covered

  • Faulty stitching and leather binding
  • Loose pages or a failed binding mechanism
  • Structural problems with the binder — skewed or torn

What is not

  • Damage in use: drops, water, crushing
  • Normal wear to leather and paper
  • Repairs or modifications made outside Hibrkraft

How to claim

  1. 01Send a photo of the damage over WhatsApp
  2. 02We assess it within 1–2 working days
  3. 03The book is shipped back to the workshop
  4. 04Repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired

Free within the warranty period, and we cover return shipping if the claim is valid. After the warranty period we can still repair it — at a cost we tell you before we start.
