Thirty pages here are built for exactly that list, so a call time, a role and a note sit together on one page rather than scattered across a phone and three group chats.

Four project pages sit behind the daily sheets, ruled for the run as a whole rather than one day of it: what is being produced, the order the days go in, what still needs booking before day one arrives. A single day's sheet only makes sense against that longer plan sitting a few pages back.
