Ten names run across the habit page: lathe, mill, grinder, press, three benches, a welding bay, paint, assembly. A row goes down for each day, with ten boxes across it, and a mark in one means that station ran that day. It is not a schedule. It is a record of what actually happened, made after the fact.
Twenty day-book pages follow the habit tracker, ruled into four columns: in, job, machine, out. This is the job-by-job record the habit page cannot hold, the same four fields every time a job crosses the floor.
Sixteen lined pages at 7.14 mm pitch hold whatever the boxes and the columns leave out: why the mill was down half a day, which job actually needed the press twice, a part to reorder before it runs out. A box marked says a machine ran. It does not say why it stopped.
