A deposit gets paid twice because two people were talking to the same florist and neither knew it. A guest count changes three times and the caterer gets told a fourth number nobody actually agreed on. Ten project pages exist to put the vendors, the deadlines and the deposits somewhere both people can find them.
Eight finance pages hold the budget against what was actually spent, vendor by vendor. A wedding budget set in January rarely survives contact with a cake tasting in April, and the point of the page is not to prevent that. It is to know by how much.
Twenty-nine lined pages carry the rest: a seating plan that changed twice, a speech draft, a thank-you list started early because it never gets shorter as the date gets closer. The book does not make the decisions. It only keeps them in one place instead of two phones and a shared folder.
