The notes pages follow the Cornell layout: a narrow cue column down the left, a wider area for the notes themselves, and a strip at the foot for a summary written after the page is otherwise full. It was designed for lecture notes and works just as well for revision, because the cue column is where you write the question you would be asked, not the answer you were given.
Eight pages track study as a habit rather than a single session: a row for a subject, a box for a day, marked whether the session happened. A revision plan that lives only in your head tends to survive until the first bad night's sleep. A mark on a page survives longer than that.
Four pages near the front ask what an exam period is actually for: a grade, a paper finished, a course dropped and not regretted. The book does not sit the exam for you. It only makes it harder to forget what you were revising for by the third week.
