Two points on a horizon line decide where every line in the drawing is allowed to go. Drawn freehand, the lines that are supposed to meet at one of those points rarely do. A ground grid fixes both points first and rules every line toward one of them.
That grid runs 4.94 mm to a row, thirty-five of them from top to bottom, tight enough to block in a small object before a single freehand line goes over it. Ten plain pages sit behind the eighty gridded ones, for the measurements and notes a converging line cannot carry.
The two points only fix where a line is allowed to go. They do not decide what gets drawn between them, and a badly judged object still looks exactly as badly judged as it would on blank paper.

Questions
How does the grid work?
Every line rules toward one of two vanishing points on a horizon line, rather than being drawn freehand toward a guessed point.
How fine is the grid?
4.94 mm, thirty-five rows down the page.
Are there plain pages too?
Yes, ten, for notes and measurements.
Is it dated?
No.
How big is it?
A5, 148 x 210 mm, 100 pages, 5.72 mm across the spine.
A shadow is always affected by the colour of the surface on which it is cast.
