Eighty pages carry the same guide: a horizon line and one vanishing point, with rays already drawn from that point to the edges of the page. A box, a hallway, a road, anything that recedes to a single point, can be blocked in along those rays before a single freehand line goes down.

Ten plain pages sit behind the eighty, for writing about a drawing rather than making one: what light does to the box, what to change on the next attempt, which rays were ignored and should not have been. The guide repeats at a pitch of 4.94 millimetres, thirty-five rows of it down each sketch page.

A drawing that ignores its own vanishing point still looks wrong to an untrained eye long before that eye can say why, and the ten note pages are where you write down what you finally noticed.

The film

Page by page

A vertical film from our own bench — this page contacts nobody's server to play it, and downloads nothing until you press play.

A vertical film, 52 seconds: the cover, the ruling page, then 5 reference pages. Synthesised ambient bed, no dialogue — captions in three languages.

Real pages

Five pages from the One-Point Perspective Pad shown as cards: a vanishing-point guide page, a section divider, a note page, a conversion table, and the pen test page.
Five pages rendered straight from the print file: the vanishing-point guide, a section divider, a plain note page, the conversion tables, and the pen test leaf at the back. Every ray is vector geometry, so the guide holds its line at any zoom.
Specification card for the One-Point Perspective Pad listing 80 guided sketch pages, 10 note pages, 4.94 mm pitch, 100 pages total, A5 trim.
