Sixty pages, five columns: date, unit, odometer, work done, cost. One row per job, so a fleet of a few vans does not turn into a few different notebooks scattered across a few glove boxes.
Notes take up the last twenty-nine pages, ruled college at twenty-four lines a page: a quote from a second garage, why a warranty claim was refused, what a driver reported before the fault got written up properly.
It does not print your service interval or your odometer schedule. Those come from the manufacturer's own maintenance schedule, and they differ by vehicle, by model year and by duty cycle. Use the five columns to record what was done and when; the countdown to the next job is not printed here.

Can one book cover more than one vehicle?
Yes. The unit column exists for exactly that, so a small fleet can share one log instead of one per van.
