No two delivery days look the same. Twelve pallets off a forklift on one morning, forty parcels up four flights of stairs the next, so this run sheet prints no column grid to force them into a shared shape. Each day gets one lined page instead, wide enough for a stop list, a time, a signature, whatever that particular day needs.
The calendar supplies the count: three hundred and sixty-five lined pages, a month page ahead of each stretch of them, and a run of lined notes closing out whatever a single day's page could not hold.
The book leaves out a mileage rate and a meal allowance entirely. Both figures come from a tax authority and move most years, so a fixed rate printed today would be wrong before the book is half used. The day itself gets written down; what it cost to run gets worked out afterward, against whichever figures are live then.

Questions
Are the daily pages ruled into columns?
No. Each day gets one lined page, because a route with twelve big drops and one with forty small parcels need different amounts of space for different things.
Does it print a mileage rate?
No, and that is deliberate. A mileage rate is set by a tax authority and moves most years, so the book leaves that figure for you to bring in current.
Is a meal or per-diem allowance printed?
No, for the same reason as the mileage rate. Both change on a schedule the book cannot follow.
Is it dated?
Yes, one page for each day of the calendar year printed on the cover.
What is on the notes pages at the back?
Lined space for a route, a dispute, or a delay that ran longer than its own day's page.
