Each daily page holds the same four lines: whether the fast was kept, whether tarawih was prayed, how much was read, what was given. Thirty of these pages run through the book, one for each day the month might hold, and nothing on the page asks for more than a mark and a short note.
Two pages near the front are for what you want the month to hold beyond the daily marks: a surah to finish, a habit to keep past Eid, a person to call. Nobody but you reads them, and the book sets no target on your behalf.
Twelve lined pages at 7.14 mm pitch, ruled at twenty-four rows a page, hold whatever the daily marks leave out: a khutbah worth remembering, a dish to cook again, a name to add to the sedekah list. Four reflection pages close the book once the month has ended. None of this decides what fasting or prayer require of you. That question belongs with someone qualified to answer it, not with a notebook.
