The week pages follow the same count a midwife or an obstetrician already keeps, one page per week, so the book and the appointment card are never talking about different weeks.
Each week's page leaves room for what you actually noticed rather than what a chart says is supposed to happen by then, because no two pregnancies keep the same chart. Prompted pages appear at a few points through the weeks for the longer questions a single line will not hold.
It sets no week against a percentile and it makes no claim about what you should be feeling by now. Whatever a midwife or doctor needs to know still goes to them; the page is only where you keep your own account of the weeks in between.

Questions
What is on a week page?
Room for what you noticed that week, in your own words. Nothing is pre-printed beyond the week number itself.
Does it list milestones?
No. It sets no week against a chart or a percentile, because pregnancies do not run on one chart.
How big is it?
A5, 148 x 210 mm, 80 pages, 4.58 mm across the spine.
Is it dated?
No. The pages are numbered by week, not by calendar date, so it starts whenever you start filling it in.
Is this a substitute for antenatal appointments?
No. Anything a midwife or doctor needs to know still goes to them. This book only keeps your own account alongside it.
All that fashion demands is composure, and self-content.
