A week reviewed on Monday is really last Tuesday remembered badly, filed under whatever felt true two days ago. By the time the review gets done, the week it was meant to be about has already been half rewritten by the week that followed it.
One reflection page covers a week, close enough to it that the review still means something. A short run of pages at the front hold whatever the goals actually are, so a weekly page has something fixed to be checked against rather than checking itself.
It sets no template for what counts as a good week and asks no question about how it made you feel. What it holds is a weekly habit of looking back before the looking-back window closes.

Questions
What is on a weekly page?
Whatever the week actually held, reviewed close enough to it that the review still means something.
What are the goals pages for?
Pages at the front for whatever a season or a year is actually for, so a weekly page has something fixed to check against.
How big is it?
A5, 148 x 210 mm, 80 pages, 4.58 mm across the spine.
Is it dated?
No. It runs by week number, not calendar date, so it starts on whichever week you open it.
Is there a mood tracker?
No. It asks no question about how the week made you feel. It holds what happened, reviewed once, close to when it happened.
In a pleasant spring morning all men’s sins are forgiven.
