Two units, ten things checked on each: grease and oil on Unit 01, grease and oil on Unit 02, gearbox level, motor current, coupling, filter, belt tension, panel. The Schedule section turns those ten checks into a grid against the days of the month, twelve grids for the year, so you ask both units the same ten questions every month instead of remembering them.
Twelve month pages come first, for the shutdown you have to plan three weeks out. Twenty-three lined pages follow behind a Log divider, for the fault that does not fit a checkbox, the part number you ordered, or the vendor who did not show.
The grid does not set the interval between one grease point and the next for you. That comes from whichever pump, motor or gearbox manual sits on the shelf above your bench, and two machines from two manufacturers rarely agree on it.
