A tender has two dates that matter, and only one of them is up to you. The submission date is fixed by the buyer and closes the moment it closes. Missing it by an hour is the same as never bidding at all. The outcome date, when the buyer tells you who won, arrives on its own schedule and is not something a calendar can move any closer.
A month grid carries the submission and outcome dates across the whole calendar, so three tenders due in the same week show up on one page rather than three separate reminders. A project page sits behind each one: what winning looks like, the steps to get the bid out the door, what it is waiting on, and the cost of putting it together.
It prints no procurement rule. Those differ by buyer and jurisdiction, and a printed calendar cannot be recalled once one of them changes. It only holds the dates, and what is due before each one.

Questions
What goes on the month grid?
Submission and outcome dates for every tender due that month, entered as they are announced.
What does a project page hold?
What winning looks like, the steps to get the bid out the door, what it is waiting on, and the cost of putting it together.

No. Those differ by buyer and by jurisdiction, and the book leaves that page for you to fill in from the tender documents.
Is it dated?
Yes, laid out against the 2027 calendar.
Who is it for?
Contractors, consultancies and anyone bidding for work on a schedule set by somebody else.
Like many original men, he worked for a long time as it were underground, digging and laying foundations.
