A farmer's day is not set by a calendar. It is set by what calved overnight, whether the ground dried out enough to get on it, and whether the delivery that was meant for Tuesday turned up at all. A diary built for an office week does not leave room for any of that.
Every day opens onto its own page, left open enough to hold whatever the day actually required rather than a fixed set of boxes. A run of lined notes pages follows for the longer entries a single day cannot hold, and four reflection pages are spaced through the year for stepping back from the run of days rather than adding to it.
It will not tell you when to plant, spray, or bring stock in. Those dates are set by your ground, your latitude, and the season you are actually having, not by a printed page written the year before. What survives is a record of what you did and when. Next year gets to argue with it.

Questions
What does each day page hold?
Whatever the day actually needed. There is no fixed set of fields, because a lambing day and a spraying day do not need the same boxes.
