A dream goes vague fast, usually before you have finished getting out of bed. Whatever survives to breakfast is a summary of a summary, and most of what made the thing strange in the first place is already gone by then.
A small set of prompt pages asks the questions worth asking before the details fade: where you were, who else was there, what changed without explanation, how it ended if it ended at all. The rest of the book is plain ruled space, because most nights do not need a prompt, only somewhere to write fast.
There is no key at the back for what any of it means. That is not what a ruled page is for, and this one does not pretend otherwise.
