Sixty pages, six columns: date, pH, chlorine, turbidity, action, initials. Three readings side by side rather than scattered across a shared notebook, so a rising turbidity trend shows itself against a chlorine reading that is holding steady, not against a page turn.

The remaining twenty-nine pages are ruled college, twenty-four lines a page, and carry what a column cannot: which valve was adjusted, who was called when a reading looked wrong, what the lab said about a retest.

The book prints no acceptable range for pH, chlorine or turbidity. Those limits are set by the standard your supply is regulated under, they differ by jurisdiction and by source, and a number printed here could tell an operator a bad reading was fine. Write your limits on the inside cover from your own permit, not from this page.
