A habit is not one decision. It is the same small decision made again on a day when making it is inconvenient, and the only way to see that pattern is to write each day down next to the one before it. Twenty-four dot-ruled pages hold that record, laid out loosely enough to track one habit or several, a grid you build yourself rather than boxes already drawn for you.
Twelve pages follow for whatever the grid will not hold: why a week broke, what changed before it did, a note to check something with a doctor rather than guess at it.
Twelve reflection pages close the block, set apart so a broken streak gets written down honestly instead of quietly restarted at zero with no record of the gap. The book does not judge the gap. It only asks you to notice it.

Questions
How does the habit tracker work?
A dot grid left open rather than boxed, so you build the columns yourself for one habit or several.
How big is it?
A5, 148 x 210 mm, 60 pages, 3.43 mm across the spine.
Is it dated?
No. It starts on day one, whenever that is, and does not expire at a fixed calendar date.
What happens when a streak breaks?
It gets written down. The reflection pages are for reading the gap back honestly rather than restarting with no record of it.
What ruling is used?
Dot grid, 4.94 mm, on every page including the reflection pages.
Lynch observes, “the wisest habit of all is the habit of care in the formation of good habits.
