Case Studies: What Our Partners Have Already Done
Work for named institutions, with the figures they have allowed us to quote. Not promises — work already finished.

Only finished work, and only with permission
This page names institutions because we have their permission, and it carries only completed work — no project still running, and no promise about what is to come.
The terms of each route are on their own programme pages, not here: reseller, affiliate, become a partner. A summary of them all is on the programmes page.
Case study
Dinas Pariwisata Riau: a multi-material 2017 planner

The challenge. A 2017 planner combining leather, paper and metal — calling for collaboration with screen printers, tanners and brass workers, worked up from a rough sketch.
The solution. We acted as the lead coordinator bringing those trades together, including dyeing the leather ourselves to reach exactly the right combination of colours.
The result. A complex multi-material piece of real artistic value, completed.

BKKBN North Sulawesi & BCS Logistics: precision that cannot be approximate
BKKBN North Sulawesi — 200 exclusive kits, shipped between islands
The challenge. 200 sets of premium notebooks, perfect in quality, to arrive at a distant location against a tight deadline — demanding faultless branding, packaging, and inter-island logistics.
The solution. One complete set: a red hardcover notebook with silver foil embossing, a matching pen, and a bespoke rigid gift box. To deliver on time we coordinated directly with airport cargo, an express courier, and the field team in North Sulawesi.
The result. All 200 sets arrived in North Sulawesi on schedule, without a single defect.
"This is not simply a souvenir. It is about an institution's standing."
BCS Logistics — 100 units in a Pantone colour that had to be exact
The challenge. 100 notebook sets with one absolute condition: the orange had to match their corporate Pantone exactly — "close" was not enough.
The solution. Intensive work with our manufacturing partner, through several rounds of revision and a bespoke colour formulation, until the orange met what BCS expected.
The result. The client was satisfied with the precision of the finish, and the project strengthened our supply chain relationships as well as opening a new network of institutional clients.

Every photograph is a completed corporate order, identified by the client's branding printed on the product.

The pattern
The pattern that recurs in almost every large order
The most useful part of a case study is rarely the finished result — it is the part that nearly derailed the schedule.
| Obstacle | When it appears | How it is resolved |
|---|---|---|
| The logo file is not vector | When the die is about to be cut | Redrawn as vector before cutting |
| The name list changes | After marking has begun | Named units are made last, once the list is locked |
| Colour is not uniform between units | When the batch is lined up | One batch is cut from adjacent areas of the hide |
| The quantity rises suddenly | Close to the handover date | Logo items can be added; named items cannot |
| Inter-island delivery slips | The gift season | Inner box and outer packaging are separated |
Four of these five rows are decisions, not work. What makes a schedule slip is almost never the production.
