Partnership Programmes

Become a Partner: A Long-Term Partnership with Scheduled Capacity

For brands that want volume and production schedule locked in ahead, not simply one large order. Your annual commitment sets how much of the workshop's capacity is put aside for you.

  • 3 partnership tiers
  • 2,000 pcs capacity/month
  • 15 years of work

Design consultation

A partnership, not a one-off purchase

This page is for brands planning repeat orders through the year, who want the workshop to set aside capacity and materials for them.

If what you need is a single large order with no annual commitment, that is bulk order & white label, not this page. The other routes are on the programmes page.

Tiers

Three partnership tiers

There is no minimum commitment to begin — these tiers reward purchase volume over a rolling 12 months; they are not a condition set in advance.

For example: once your total purchases reach $500 within 12 months, you automatically qualify for the Bronze tier benefits — it is not something you have to apply for first.

The exchange

What is actually being exchanged

Workshop capacity is people, not machines — which is why certainty of volume is worth more here than it would be in a factory.

The second row is the most valuable and the most often overlooked. Leather in particular colours becomes scarce as the gift season approaches; a partner who tells us their plan in August gets a colour that is no longer available in November.

How to choose

The tier that is honest about your volume

Moving up a tier is not automatically better. A volume commitment that goes unmet costs both sides: the workshop has already bought the leather, and the partner has already paid for capacity nobody used.

  • Bronze — repeat orders with no strict volume commitment. Price follows the quantity in each order.
  • Silver — an annual volume forecast. Materials begin to be secured in advance for the colours used repeatedly.
  • Gold — a commitment to both volume and schedule. Capacity is set aside, and an urgent order can be slotted in.

Process

How you become a partner

  1. First discussion

Message us on WhatsApp. We will listen to your business model and the volume you are planning.

  2. Formal review

If there is a fit, we work through the detail: the schedule, the expectations, and the tier that suits.

  3. Agreement & onboarding

Once agreed, you get access to the resources and support listed in the tier table — see starter kit & resources.

Quick questions

The most frequently asked

Can a newly founded company, or an individual, apply?

Yes. We judge on volume and on how clear the plan is, not on the size of the company.

How does territory protection work for Gold partners?

We agree a geographic area or a particular market in which you become our main distributor or representative, discussed and settled individually in the partnership agreement.

First step

Tell us the annual volume you are planning

Give us the volume and the order schedule. We will suggest the tier that suits. Evidence of our work with other partners is in the case studies.
