Half of each ruled page here is set at 7.14 millimetres, twenty-four lines; the other half is left with nothing on it. That split is the entire specification, stated here rather than left for the parcel to reveal.
The ruled half is drawn as vector lines rather than a repeated bitmap tile, so it does not go soft when a page is scanned and enlarged, or printed at a size the file was never rendered at. One hundred and ten pages carry the two rulings the book is built from between them, split pages and fully lined ones at college pitch.
Nothing about the blank half is instructive. It is blank because printing a fixed use for it would have been a guess, and a guess is not a measurement.
