A landlord tracking one flat can hold the rent history in memory. A landlord tracking six loses the thread by March. This diary fixes four columns against that: date, the unit, what was due, and what actually came in.

Forty-eight daybook pages carry those four columns through the year. Twelve pages mark the months ahead of them, and twenty-nine lined pages follow behind, for the half payment in April or the maintenance bill quietly taken off the top.

It prints no notice period, no deposit rule, and no tenancy term. Those come from the law where the property sits and from the agreement signed for that unit, both of which change more often than a printed book can follow. The diary tracks what was actually paid, not what the law or the lease says should have been.

What is inside

Daybook
48pp
Four columns fixed for the year: date, the unit, what was due, and what came in, so April is not remembered differently by two different people.
Month
12pp
A page per month, for a run of due dates coming before they arrive.
Notes
29pp
Lined space for the half payment, the maintenance offset, or the reason behind a late month.
Year
1pp
Twelve months of rent on a single page, for a glance rather than a search.
Reference
10pp
Owner details at the front, conversion tables and emergency numbers at the back.

The film

Page by page

A vertical film from our own bench — this page contacts nobody's server to play it, and downloads nothing until you press play.

A vertical film, 52 seconds: the cover, the ruling page, then 5 reference pages. Synthesised ambient bed, no dialogue — captions in three languages.

Real pages

Five pages from the Rental and Lease Diary 2028 laid out as cards: a four-column daybook page, a month divider, a lined notes page, a year-at-a-glance page, and a reference table.
Five pages straight from the print file: the four-column daybook page, a month divider, a lined notes page, the year-at-a-glance, and the reference table at the back. The daybook columns are the reason to buy this rather than rule a ledger by hand: date, unit, due, received, every line the same way.
Specification card for the Rental and Lease Diary 2028: daybook, month, notes and reference pages, one hundred pages total, A5, five signatures of twenty.
Forty-eight daybook pages at four columns each: date, the unit, what was due, what was received. Twelve month pages ahead of them. Twenty-nine lined pages behind for the half payment or the maintenance offset a column cannot explain. A year page, and ten reference pages close the block. One hundred pages total, A5, five signatures of twenty, 5.72 mm spine.

Questions

What are the four columns?

Date, the unit, what was due, and what was received.

Does it state the notice period for a tenancy?

No. Notice periods are set by the law where the property sits, and they differ by jurisdiction, so the diary leaves that number for you to bring in.

Does it print a deposit rule or a tenancy term?

No, for the same reason. Both are set by the agreement and by local law, not by a notebook, and a printed page cannot be corrected once either changes.

Is it dated?

Yes, for one calendar year, with a month page ahead of each stretch.

How many units can one diary track?

As many as fit a line each. The columns repeat down forty-eight daybook pages for however many doors a landlord manages.
