Six columns run across each page: Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu akbar, Istighfar, Salawat, and a line for Qur'an pages read. A tally is either kept somewhere or it is kept nowhere, and a phone counter resets the moment the screen locks.
The grid asks nothing beyond a number in each column, so it holds a count and nothing more: no essay about the day, no measure of how present you were while doing it. Notes pages sit behind the grid for whatever will not fit six columns.
