Six columns run across each page: Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu akbar, Istighfar, Salawat, and a line for Qur'an pages read. A tally is either kept somewhere or it is kept nowhere, and a phone counter resets the moment the screen locks.
The grid asks nothing beyond a number in each column, so it holds a count and nothing more: no essay about the day, no measure of how present you were while doing it. Notes pages sit behind the grid for whatever will not fit six columns.
It carries no ruling on how much is enough and prints no target to reach. It is a place to write a number down, and the number is the whole of what it claims to be.
