Welcome to hibrkraft.com. By accessing and using this site you agree to follow the rules set out here. Our aim is not to restrict, but to make sure this space stays safe, inspiring and respectful for every visitor.

1. Use of the Site and Intellectual Property

Personal Use: This site is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Copyright in the Content: All content on this site, including the web design, the text (outside the blog), and the product photographs, belongs to PT Hibrkraft Kreasi Indonesia and is protected by copyright law. All Rights Reserved.
Use of Product Photographs: We are glad if you want to share our product photographs on your own blog or social media. That is permitted, on condition that you give clear credit naming “Hibrkraft” and include a live link to hibrkraft.com.
Blog Content: A separate Content Policy applies to the blog, using a Creative Commons licence.

2. Prohibited Activity

Scraping: Automated scraping or harvesting of product data, prices and other information is strictly forbidden. If you need our data for a legitimate purpose, please contact us to discuss possible API access.
Use of Bots: Automated bots are permitted where the purpose is to improve our visibility (a search engine crawler such as Google's, for example). Using bots for harmful activity, for spam, or to disrupt the service is strictly forbidden.
Misuse of the Comment Section: The comment and review fields must not be used for spam, for irrelevant self-promotion, for spreading illegal links, or for other questionable activity.
Harassment and Hate Speech: We have a zero-tolerance policy on harassment, intimidation or hate speech directed at our staff or at other users. Any such act will be taken seriously, including through legal channels where necessary.

3. User-Generated Content (Comments & Reviews)

Right to Moderate: We reserve the right to remove any comment, review or other user submission we judge to breach these standards — material targeting ethnicity, religion, race, or one social group against another, obscenity, personal attacks, spam, or anything intended to demean another person's dignity and self-worth.
Licence to Use: By submitting content to our site you grant Hibrkraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and distribute that content on our platform (showing your review on a product page, for instance), unless you state otherwise in writing.

4. Accuracy of Information & Disclaimer

We do our best to present accurate information. All information on this site is nonetheless provided “as is”, without warranty.
Product colours shown on your screen may differ slightly from the real thing, because monitors are calibrated differently.

5. User Accounts and Termination

If you hold an account on our site, you are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account where fraudulent or illegal activity, or a serious breach of these Terms of Use, is established.

Common Questions About Using the Site

May I use Hibrkraft product photographs on my Instagram?

Of course you may, and we are grateful when you do. Please use our photographs, as long as you give credit by mentioning our account or including a link to hibrkraft.com in your caption. Removing our watermark (where there is one), or claiming a photograph as your own, is not permitted.

What should I do if I see an abusive comment?

Report it to us straight away by email at legal@hibrkraft.com, including a link to the page and a quotation of the comment. Our team will review it and take the necessary action. Please do not engage directly with the person responsible.

My comment was removed — why?

We remove a comment where it breaches our community guidelines: spam, irrelevant promotion, coarse language, or personal attacks. Our aim is to keep the discussion healthy and respectful.

I would like to use Hibrkraft data for research or an application. What should I do?

We are open to collaboration. Rather than scraping, which is prohibited, please contact us formally by email with a clear proposal setting out your purpose. We consider requests for API access case by case.
