Shipping Methods
Hibrkraft works with trusted logistics partners:
- Domestic Shipping: JNE, TIKI, POS Indonesia.
- International Shipping: DHL Express, FedEx, and local partners in the destination country.

Shipping Costs
Cost is calculated from the parcel's weight, its dimensions and the destination:
- Domestic: from Rp 20.000 per parcel.
- International: at the logistics partner's rate, plus customs.
Tracking & Shipping Insurance
Every parcel comes with a tracking number you can check at any time. We also offer optional shipping insurance against damage or loss.
Packaging
Products are packed in protective materials: bubble wrap, a wooden crate or rigid box, and an exclusive gift box, keeping them safe in transit.

How do I track my order?
Enter your tracking number on the tracking page: Track Shipment.
How long is processing before dispatch?
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation.
Is there an express option?
Same-day is available for Jabodetabek, and express for other domestic routes (additional charges apply).
What about international customs?
Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes in the destination country; we provide the supporting documents.
