Inclusivity & Business Neutrality Policy
This page is not about taking sides. It is about principle. About who we choose to work with. About who we turn away. And about how we wish to be treated as people, rather than simply as a supplier of goods.
Hibrkraft is a company led by a woman. More than that, we are a workplace that stands for equality — not because it is fashionable, but because of dignity. From the day we began we have opened work to marginalised groups: women who head their households, informal workers, the local community, and people with complicated histories — provided there is no criminal record that breaches ethics and the law.
The principles we hold:
– Autonomy. We believe in the right of an individual to choose their own path. – Freedom. We refuse to be constrained by political or ideological affiliation, or by sectoral interest. – Equality. We treat everyone equally. Without exception.
Neutrality Is Not Ignorance. It Is Guardianship.
Hibrkraft is not affiliated with any political or religious organisation, nor with any institution carrying a controversial record — whether on ethics, on discrimination, or on exploitation. We accept no collaboration, sponsorship or partnership from any entity that: – Carries material targeting ethnicity, religion, race, or one social group against another – Steers political opinion – Threatens standards of decency, diversity or social harmony
Where we do work with a large institution (a government agency, for instance), that work must not compromise the values of neutrality, openness and freedom of expression.
We Do Not Serve Hatred
We care about our customers. But we will not hesitate to decline service where declining is what protects the values we hold.
Hibrkraft reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or institution that: – Spreads hatred or discrimination – Exploits vulnerable groups – Uses our products for purposes that breach ethics
We believe a product can be a bridge between feelings. But not for propaganda. Not for violence. Not for any agenda that diminishes human worth.
And For Us, These Principles Live From Within
This page is not only a public statement. It is also a compass in the work. The whole Hibrkraft team — from production staff to management — is committed to living by these principles every day.
Our working culture is shaped by: – 5S as the basis of daily order and responsibility – Pancasila as a shared moral foundation – Nash Equilibrium as a way of thinking: we believe that if every member of the team does the best for themselves and for the group, the collective fortune rises with them.
This is not a matter of right or wrong. It is a matter of who we are, and what we will not compromise.
We are not perfect. But we know exactly which values cannot be bought. If you hold the same principles, let us grow together.

Common Questions About Inclusivity & Neutrality
Why does Hibrkraft state this policy explicitly?
We believe transparency builds trust. This policy sets out the basic values that underpin how we operate and how we work together. It is our commitment to the team, to customers and to the community that we work on principles of equality, respect and integrity.
Is Hibrkraft against political or religious affiliation?
No. We respect every individual's right to their own political or religious beliefs. Our ‘neutrality’ means that Hibrkraft, as a business, will not take a side, lend support, or affiliate institutionally with any political party, religious organisation or ideological group — so that our focus stays on the craft, and on serving everyone equally.
Who counts among the 'marginalised groups' you employ?
We open opportunities to anyone with the competence and the commitment, with particular attention to those who may face systemic barriers — women who head their households, workers who were previously in the informal sector, and people from the local community around our workshop — whatever their background.
How do you decide that an institution is 'controversial'?
We assess on the basis of publicly available information about an institution's record. The main indicators are involvement in spreading hatred, in discrimination (on grounds of ethnicity, religion, race, gender and so on), in exploitation, in human rights violations, or in other illegal and unethical acts.
What happens if a customer placing an order turns out to hold views contrary to Hibrkraft's values?
We serve all customers professionally. We do, however, reserve the right to decline an order where the design, the content, or the intended use of the product is explicitly for promoting hatred, discrimination or violence. We would refuse to print a racist logo or slogan on our journals, for example.
QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR VALUES?
We believe dialogue is a bridge. If you have a question, or would like to discuss our principles of inclusivity and neutrality further, please get in touch.
