The person behind this photograph is Iq Akbar (@iq_akbar). And the story behind this journal runs far deeper than leather and thread.

From an Experience to a Conviction

Our relationship with Akbar did not begin with a transaction. It began with an experience. They were one of the people who took the time to join the “Hibrkraft Experience”—a session where we open the workshop doors and show how all of this is born.

They did not only see the finished product. They saw the process. They smelled the leather, felt its texture, and most importantly, they met the people behind it. They understood the ‘why’ of what we do.

This journal, combining a classic black with a visionary blue, is the fruit of that understanding. It is not only something they bought; it is a souvenir of a connection.

But this story becomes legendary because of what happened next. Having felt the essence of Hibrkraft for themselves, Akbar became a champion. They took their trust in us to the next level.

Thanks to them, a door opened to one of our most memorable corporate merchandise projects, with Coffee Toffee. They staked their own reputation on recommending a small workshop from Bogor. They believed we could deliver it.
