A Travelling Companion in the Heart of the Old City
Jakarta Kota Station is not merely a station. It is a monument, the meeting point of a thousand journeys and a million stories that begin and end every day. In the middle of its clamour, an honest photograph catches the essence of a true travelling companion: a journal ready to hold all of those stories.

Held in a steady grip, this deep black leather journal appears with a calm that contrasts with everything around it. Its minimal design and the brown leather strap wound around it give a classic impression that time does not wear away—an object designed to age gracefully alongside its owner.
This photograph tells of a preparation. Perhaps its owner is waiting for the train that will carry them to a new adventure, or perhaps they have only just arrived, their head full of inspiration from a journey just finished. Whatever the scenario, the journal is there, ready to be that vessel. In the middle of a transport hub that stands for movement, this journal stands for reflection—a private space in the middle of a crowded public one.
This is the realisation of what we have always aspired to: creating a product that is not only beautiful but tough and relevant in real life. An object unafraid of being taken on an adventure, ready to be the silent witness to every new chapter in your life.
Thank you to whoever shared this moment full of meaning. You have shown that at the start of every journey there is always room for a story, and we are proud that our work can be its first page.
